The ACT! 2009 v11.0 product family has launched in North America.

ACT! 2009 (11.0) is the "you asked, we listened" release. We focused on introducing new and improved features to areas of the product our customers use every day. We concentrated on Microsoft® Outlook® integration, lookups, printing, and more - all in an effort to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The feedback from the ACT! 2009 (11.0) beta program was tremendous. It solidifies our confidence that the product meets or exceeds expectations in the following areas:

  • Significant improvements and new functionality in frequently used areas of the product
  • Improvements in application start-up and operational performance
  • Expanded compatibility with in-market solutions
