Susan Luongo is a leader in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry. After a successful career in the financial services industry, she became certified in ACT! in 2001. Since then, she has maintained certifications for ACT! versions 2000 through 2014. She is an ACT! Premier Trainer and ACT! for Web Certified Consultant
In 2004, Susan co-founded Mastering ACT!, a train-the-trainer conference for ACT! Certified Consultants and members of the ACT! community. The vast majority of North American ACT! consultants attended this event, and more than 95% of them said that Susan’s conference was the best ACT!-related continuing education they had ever received. Mastering ACT! is now an annual event.
As a main organizer of the annual ACT! conference, Susan has developed strong relationships with ACT! Add-on vendors. The majority of all ACT! Add-on developers have purchased booth space at Mastering ACT!, and through the relationships Susan has developed with these vendors, she’s ideally suited to recommend the right add-ons for your business.
Susan’s technical articles have appeared in a number of trade journals, including ACT! Extra and the ACT! Advanced eNews. Susan was a technical advisor for Managing Contacts with ACT! 2005, Managing Contacts with ACT! 2006, and the official training manuals for ACT! 2005 and 2006.
In September 2008, Susan was appointed to the Sage Software Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC).
Stellar Technology Consulting is a founding member of the CRM Alliance, a nationwide network of CRM consultants and trainers.
Before founding Stellar Technology Consulting, Susan was Senior Vice President of Client Services and Sales Support for United Asset Management, a mutual fund holding company.
Susan has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, MA. She holds a degree in management from Radcliffe College, an MBA from Suffolk University also located in Boston, MA and a degree in Entrepreneurship & Technology from Boston University. She’s been a member of the Suffolk University School of Management Alumni Board for six years, and for two of those years, she was the President of that Board.
