A large part of Product Management is listening to customer requests and prioritizing the hundreds – sometimes thousands - of requests we get on a regular basis. To help facilitate this, we recently launched a new forum called "Share Your Ideas". This is a place where you can post your ideas to the community or vote on ideas that others have posted. We launched this forum a little over a month ago and have 50 unique ideas with almost 150 total posts. Already, we are starting to see some prioritization as some ideas have more "kudos" than others. 

 

If you haven’t found this board, please check it out. It’s great to see such a diverse range of requests from SDK to cosmetic to minor usability tweaks. Thank you for your enthusiasm!

This is one of the best things Sage has done. It adds much value to the product and this community.

 

Unlike the Feedback page, this allows all of us (Sage mngt, resellers and users) to really see what users want from the product and get a feeling that we can contribute to its future direction, its ability to meet our needs and its ongoing success.

 

For the past 6 months I have felt that ACT! 2009 is now a solid and stable platform that Sage can start adding enhancements that can improve the way we manage our relationships... and where better to come up with those ideas than from the user base.

 

Congratulations and thanks for this innovation.
