Last month, we at Sage excitedly traveled to meet our southeast customers in Nashville, Atlanta, Orlando, and Miami to connect, partner, and support our community. Emily Youkers proudly performed demos of Sage ACT! 2011 for our end customers. Customers seemed to really connect as our team answered questions and provided direction on what solution best matched their business goals and objectives. Sage’s commitment to customer success was clear through the continued partnerships with our ACT! certified consultant community; which, was a major contributing factor to the success of these road shows.
First off, it was a privilege to meet with so many Sage ACT! prospects and current users face to face. These road shows provided our team with a wonderful opportunity to connect and partner side by side with our ACT! certified consultants to continue to strengthen and build our wonderful community. Kudos to all the ACT! certified consultants that participated and special thanks to all of the ACT! customers that made it out to our road shows! Each road show had its own flavor; which kept the shows fresh, engaging, and, fun. The attendees were extremely engaged and expressed excitement about the new features available in Sage ACT! 2011. It was wonderful receiving comments from attendees about the new Sage ACT! product and connected services. These road shows were a fantastic opportunity for Sage, our community, and our customers to connect on a personal level. Nothing beats a face to face conversation, a smile, and a handshake!
