I am trying to use Sage Act Connect and my problem is with the calendar.  I can log in from my desktop computer and the calendar loads and everything looks good.  But when I use my iPhone the calendar won't load.  Sometime I get the day list but the week usually does not load and the month never loads.  Just sits there looking like its going to load but I never get any events noted in any of the days.  My trial is almost over and unless I can get the calendar to work I can't use this product.  Connecting with my desktop computer is not how I want to use this.   Any insight???

SAGE ACT CONNECT

 

I just downloaded a trial version of Sage Act Connect.    All I want to do is be able to access my database when I go to online and follow a certain link.   During the installation, it said I have too many contacts (more than 5000).    Does that apply to gong on line to view my database from my ipad or is there a maximum number of contacts because of syncing between my database and my iphone or ipad.    I don't want to sync.    Am I still limited to only 5000 contacts?

Yes, Sage ACT! Connect is limited to 5000 contacts ... it sounds like you're looking for Sage Premium Mobile.

You are correct that we limit syncing 5000 record to the web portal. Consider using a query to limit to Contacts that have a edit date within the last two years or ID/Status = Customer, Friend. Find the right sync set that makes sense for you.
