Helping Users Make Contact, Build Relationships, and Get Results Since 1987

April 1 marks the official anniversary of Sage ACT!. It’s when Sage ACT! was born, and when Contact and Customer Management began.

“Sage ACT! created the Contact and Customer Management category in 1987 to help individuals, sales professionals and small businesses organize critical information and manage relationships,” explained Larry Ritter, Sage ACT! senior vice president and general manager. “It remains true to this purpose today and has evolved with contemporary trends such as visual data analysis, social media integration, mobile access from popular devices and more.  Twenty-five years along, Sage ACT! has always been dedicated to helping users make contact, build relationships and get results.”

With an enthusiastic following of millions of users in North America and across the globe, Sage sends a tremendous “thank you” to its loyal Sage ACT! users and invites you to join in the celebration by downloading the official Sage ACT! anniversary graphic. Share it in your social networks to show your Sage ACT! fanaticism.

Further, Sage gives you an exclusive look at the latest Napkin Mike video where he shares how Sage ACT! helped him take command of his business and launch his sales success.

Watch for exciting activities leading up to the release of the silver anniversary edition of Sage ACT! this fall.

I like George & Michael's logos better.

My reaction to a T, Kevin .... results of a 5-minute design by primary school students.

Other that the poor design, the "I heart .." symbol is meaningless and confusing to so many, especially internationally.

"is it still April fools?"

was the first, entirely unsolicited response to the graphic after showing it here in the office.

I must agree with Mike and we'll have to pass on using this one, anywhere.  Other than being totally meaningless and missing the 25th year event completely, the I heart [whatever] graphic is sooooo overdone and unoriginal.

Hopefully Sage will try for something more genuine, respectful and original when they launch the 25th anniversary edition (aka ACT! 2013.)  Remember, ACT! is still around only because users over the past 25 years have found value in it.  Please honour that much, at least.

What a shame, Sage, to forget about the 2 men who actually invented ACT! and the category: My respect goes out to Pat Sullivan and Mike Muhney for having this vision and acting on it. If anyone deserves credit, it's them. It was their driving force that made the contact management and crm space to what is is today! Don't forget your founding fathers:-)

I actually like the logo and don't attach so much emotion to it personally.
