Sage ACT! Beta Testing Program Terms and Conditions:
Beta Testing Program participants will not be permitted to communicate any aspect of the Beta Testing Program or associated products to individuals outside of the program.
As part of the Beta Testing Program, you agree to be contacted by a marketing representative for a customer quote or to become a member of our reference program.
If you actively participate in the Sage ACT! Beta Testing Program, you will receive one (1) license of Sage ACT! Pro 2013 or Sage ACT! Premium 2013 (Savings based on current MSRP). To be considered an active participant and receive the free license, you must complete Beta homework and a final survey during the 3-week testing period and submit your feedback via the Sage ACT! Beta forum.
Sage ACT! 2013 is a Beta product. While we are not aware of significant defects or errors in the Beta product you will be evaluating, you will be using it at your own risk, as the product is not certified for general release. You will be asked to carefully review and accept the Beta Test License Agreement prior to installing the beta product.
If you are selected to participate in the Sage ACT! Beta Testing Program, you will need to promptly install the Beta product and actively test it throughout the beta period.
You must back up your ACT! data prior to installing the Beta product.
