We are releasing Sage ACT! 2013 SP1 on January 8th. Read below for some details on the changes.

In Sage ACT! 2013 SP1 we have improved Social Updates to better meet business objectives. You can watch a quick demo here.
Quick association of Contacts to their LinkedIn® and/or Facebook® social media profile.
Instantly share links to other workgroup users in the database.
See all posts that the contact allows.
Take any action that would be allowed on the social profile - message, friend, recommend, follow, comment.
Copy and paste data from profile directly into Sage ACT!.
* This feature is not available in Sage ACT! Premium (access via web)
