I wanted to share some important information out with you.  The message below was sent to customers this afternoon to let them know that we are experiencing phone issues. If this issue has affected your ability to contact Sage, we apologize, and want you to know we're working with our phone vendor toward resolution.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our phone system and do not have an estimate on resolution at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

While we work diligently to restore our phone system, here are some alternative ways to take advantage of a wide array of online instructions, articles and tips that may assist with your tasks:
