I tried ACT Connect but after 4 calls to tech asked for a refund.  My calendar would download to my BlackBerry Curve 8530 but not my contacts.  The only thing I can figure is that my fields in ACT 2012 do not match up to the predefined fields for Connect.  The service tech's did the best they could to help resolve the problem but there is only so much they can do when they can't see my BB screen.  Thank you for the quick refund.
