Copying Contact Details
1. Open the Contact Detail view.
2. Click in any field in the main detail of the contact record.
3. Using your keyboard, press CTRL + C (hold the CTRL key, and then press the "C" key).
4. Open another application such as your e-mail or word processor application, and click in the document at the point to insert the information.
5. Using your keyboard, press CTRL + V (hold the CTRL key, and then press the "V" key).
