As you learned last week, there are several different methods for deploying Sage ACT! solutions to ensure convenient access to your data. In addition to being a hot trend, web and mobile access to data can improve your productivity as you access customer contact details, activities, and even notes/history when you are on move. With multiple solutions available, this week’s tip focuses on identifying the most appropriate solution to compliment your Sage ACT! deployment.

 

Identifying the Best Mobile Solution for Your Organization


If you would like to extend access to Sage ACT! data beyond the confines of an office, you can complement your Sage ACT! deployment by also deploying:

  • Sage ACT! Premium (access via web): Provides web browser (rather than mobile device browser) access to the most complete set of Sage ACT! data, including Contacts, Activities, Opportunities, Groups, and Companies. Primarily self-hosted, but Sage does partner with authorized hosting providers that will host the server and database for you. For more information on a hosted solution, check out this overview.
