Sage Business Care Gold is the most comprehensive support plan and the best value. It provides access to the latest software versions and updates1, plus unlimited toll-free telephone, email, and live chat support coverage with guaranteed four-hour callback and help from advanced level support specialists.3 You'll also benefit from 24/7 access to the Knowledgebase and 50% savings on Anytime Learning courses.4 Sage Business Care Gold includes a 1-year subscription to Sage ACT! Connect.2


Sage Business Care Silver adds five incidents of phone and chat/email customer support per company3 to software upgrades and updates1, Knowledgebase access, and a training discount.4 Our support specialists can even access your computer through Remote Desktop to diagnose issues, with your permission.


Sage Business Care Bronze includes software upgrade assurance, access to the Knowledgebase, and 50% savings on Anytime Learning courses[3], but customer support is not included.


Sage Business Care Basic provides three incidents of phone and chat/email support[4] per company and 24/7 access to the Knowledgebase where you can look up technical solutions.

Important Note: To ensure continuous service, your Sage Business Care plan is an automatically renewing plan and subsequent years will be automatically billed to the same credit card each year on the anniversary date of your purchase at the then-current rate after notifying you thirty (30) days in advance of your anniversary date. Renewal is not required for continuous access to product updates for supported versions. You may terminate the plan with at least seven calendar days notice prior to your renewal date and not be charged for the renewal. Upon initial enrollment, first-time Sage ACT! customers may cancel their Sage Business Care plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any rebates received. Sage Business Care is purchased per user.
