Those are some great questions! Microsoft announced that they will release Windows 8 on October 26th. Windows 8 work is underway already as we have a couple of developers looking into a  preview release. Initial tests look positive and our installation of Sage ACT! 2013 works and we can open the database. We haven't done a comprehensive certification on it and we won't update our system requirements until we have confidence that your data is safe and the application is smooth. It will take us a couple of months after the release before we can commit to any kind of schedule. 

The Sage ACT! team would love to have complete support for this in 2013 SP1, but depending on how significant the road blocks are we may have to wait until we get it right. Stay tuned for updates! You can read my short term road map blog here. I promise to update that as we know more.
