Let me set the scene. It’s Friday morning and the boss comes to you telling you that you need to clear your afternoon calendar to work on the secret high priority project. Even worse, he needs you all next week too.


Before you’d have to click 3-7 times per activity in order to reschedule them, turning this simple calendaring request into a mind numbing exercise in repetition.


In Act! v16 we introduce the ability to reschedule multiple activities by highlighting them and selecting Reschedule Activities. This allows you to select the next date and then changes them to timeless activities to prevent conflicts.

Hi, i am trying to reschedule the multiple activities in Act! v16 in same manner but it does not showing in users Task List which i was already reschedule for the same. please assist.
