Act! Cloud represents more than a software product, Act! Cloud is a journey towards a better way to run a business for sales and marketing. Specifically, a journey towards an interactive, data driven application that guides small business owners through the conversion and retention phases of customer management.
This is a journey that many of us have been on for years now, researching how small businesses work, and how we can use technology to improve the lives of small business owners and employees. Today we ask small business owners to join in the journey by joining the Act! Cloud beta and use Act! Cloud to organize your contacts, track your interactions and leverage the power of email marketing to communicate to the right people, at the right time, with the right message. Included in the beta is access to the Call List feature. This is the first of many data driven recommendations that helps small business employees focus on those contacts that are demonstrating the most interest in your communications and offerings. The Call List features help take the guesswork out of who to contact and where to focus sales efforts.
With the beta, we have included integrations with Google and iCloud to help customers who often enter new contacts via their mobile devices to get those contacts into Act! Cloud. In fact, the entire Act! Cloud product was built for access from mobile devices, since many small business employees use smart phones and tablet devices. Rich integrations with Facebook and LinkedIn allow pictures from contacts to display in the interface to help small business employees visually connect with customers. The entire product is built on a modern web API meaning integrations to other web based tools are easy and convenient and allow small business employees to connect other technologies to Act! Cloud.
