ACT! 2011 Beta!

ACT! 2011 Beta e-mails went out last week and if you didn't receive one but want to participate in the beta program here's your chance.  The beta itself is scheduled to be available around the end of June, but sign up now.

To ensure your system meets the minimum system requirements for this new product, please click here and review the Sage ACT! 2011 system requirements prior to registering for the program. If you qualify and are accepted into the program, you'll be notified by email at the end of June. Your acceptance e-mail will include program details, testing guidelines, and access to the beta software.


Follow these simple steps to register for participation:

1.      Set up your profile on ACT.com (if you don't already have one).

2.      To test the Windows® version of Sage ACT! 2011, click here to register.

3.      If you would like to test the Web version of Sage ACT! 2011, click here to register.


Prior to obtaining the software, you will need to sign a Beta Test License Agreement that contains strict confidentiality terms. Please read the important information below that outlines the terms and conditions of participation in the Sage ACT! 2011 Beta Program.

Sage ACT! Beta Testing Program Terms and Conditions:

  • Beta Testing Program participants will not be permitted to communicate any aspect of the Beta Testing Program or associated products to individuals outside of the program.
  • As part of the Beta Testing Program, you agree to be contacted by a marketing representative for a customer quote or to become a member of our reference program.
  • If you actively participate in the Sage ACT! Beta Testing Program, you will receive one (1) license of Sage ACT! Pro 2011 or Sage ACT! Premium 2011 (Savings based on current MSRP). To be considered an active participant and receive the free license, you must complete Beta homework and a final survey during the 3-week testing period and submit your feedback via the Sage ACT! Beta forum.
  • Sage ACT! 2011 is a Beta product. While we are not aware of significant defects or errors in the Beta product you will be evaluating, you will be using it at your own risk, as the product is not certified for general release. You will be asked to carefully review and accept the Beta Test License Agreement prior to installing the beta product.
  • If you are selected to participate in the Sage ACT! Beta Testing Program, you will need to promptly install the Beta product and actively test it throughout the beta period.
  • You must back up your ACT! data prior to installing the Beta product.
  • To ensure your system meets the minimum system requirements for this new product, please click here and review the new system requirements prior to registering for the program
  • You will be able to carry forward any data you enter in the Sage ACT! 2011 Beta product to the final Sage ACT! 2011 product.
