Salesforce sales people actively use the lack of opportunity reporting ( Cannot produce a report of opportunity pipeline etc with the notes, history and activity.) to sell against ACT. Reports have been like this for opportunities since ACT 2010 and leave it uncompetitive against other CRM systems in today's market place where sales forecasting is a key requirement.
