Smart tasks manual?

I know many people have problems with smart tasks being "glitchy;" so do I. But this request is for better service when it comes to figuring this stuff out. The question and answer forum is pretty much the only help one can get other than videos online (most of which are very general and do not help explain anything). If i want to create my own smart task, it is a complicated process because none of it makes sense. What does the order, value, etc mean? I don't know. I shouldn't have to pay money to get help. Help shold be free. Or else I will never use this complicated, glithcy, and problematic system again.

When sending a Swiftpage campaign the History should NOT record as a generic 'E-mail Sent'; but rather as its own independent History Type (History Type name to be determined).  This feature additional would allow the user to independently 'filter out' these Swiftpage Histories.  Due to the frequency in sending Swiftpage campaigns, the result is to crowd or overload the History view.  the end user would be improved with this feature addition.

Why not have equal access to Google CHROME as a browser??? If you're going to support Gmail and Google Calendar, why not Chrome????

The 2011 ACT Premium does not allow one way synching to Outlook - - only 2 way - - this is unfortunate

as up to the 2011 versions, I was able to synch one way (ACT to Outlook) and therefore my personal schedule on Outlook did not synch over to the workplace ACT schedule -

Please immediately do an upgrade patch to re-institute the one way synch feature -
