I'm sorry, but it seems to me incredibly short-sighted that the Status field in Opportunities is not User-Modifyable. I'm in the process of adding two fields -- a "hot" yes/no and a "follow" yes/no -- as a status to our Opportunities database and layout. It would have been so much easier to be able to add them as Status options -- Open - Hot and Open - Follow up -- instead of creating new fields, and it would also make reporting easier, since I could use the standard reports with the correct filter from Options chosen instead of having to create new reports with sections based on the new fields.
When I go to add a Secondary Contact, a window pops up, and the fields & format of the window are unable to be modified or used in a template (we create templates to automatically generate Client Information Sheets for our different clients).
Please make a way to modify the Secondary Contact window, and also make the fields able to be put in a template in ACT.
