would be nice if you can right click in Outlook on email and choose create activity or create opportunity
ofcourse it has to be automatically assigned to user (email address)
if email isnt listed in ACT! then normal window with choose or create new user etc.
For Activity, same number of clicks - click on email, then on icon at top
Only with ACT! 2009 and 2010

Alternatively select from a list of All opportunities* Ability to create an ACT! opportunity from an Outlook E-mailmessage. When creating an opportunity it is also possible to associateit with an existing contact record or create a new contact recorddirectly from the E-mail message.
