I just purchased Act! v19 Pro and was disappointed that these changes weren't made.
I had trouble with a lost column item and contacted support, very helpful. I told him about the first suggestion below and he is going to suggest it, and he said I could post my suggestions here, so I am.
When you go to the "Write" tab and click on letter, why does Word open behind all the other open windows? I would think if you are going to write something it should open in front of the other windows and be the current window.
I don't mind the silver color theme, but why not give us more color themes to choose from?
Make it an easy right click to add or delete a command under a tab, adding the Fax Cover after I lost it was pretty tedious.
Changing fonts - maybe making a "Change all fonts" would be a nice touch, but don't lose the capability of changing the individual ones.
When you make a New Contact and you only have a first name, the program assumes it is a last name, so you have to change it to first name, when you do only insert a first name I think the program should either ask if it is first or last, or when you are in the contact name change box and you change it to first name, it should delete or swap it out of the last name box.
That's all I have for now. As I come up with new suggestions I'll add them.
