Currently, not all fields in an ACT contact data record are brought over to a mobile device like a BlackBerry. For instance, if one uses any of the 10 available User Fields to store additional information on a contact in an ACT! database on a PC, that information is not synchronized and brought over to the mobile device with ACT! Mobile Live. It seems only History and Notes are currently brought over. I would like the next release of ACT! Mobile Live to address the additional fields in an ACT! data record that are not being synchronized.
