More and more sales reps are required to support multiple regions. Traveling to these regions is a part of the job. The current ACT system for setting activities is not usable. I need to talk to customers and communicate with them in their time zone. Today I am forced to constantly use Outlook for all task and activity management. This is a real limitation of ACT. It would be very hard to justify the expansion of this tool without this capability.
Please note that I have used ACT for several years and been very pleased with it. But, this limitation is to big to overcome as I get busier. I need a tool that grows with me and my business.
