When is Sage going to integrate Thunderbird email into their software? I see that question has been asked quite a bit in the last few years.
It's not difficult to add it, so what's the issue? Anyone know?
I'd suspect the real answer to this is "market share"...
Thunderbird only has just over 1% of the email market:

And those figures are possibly generous as Outlook no-longer displays images by default, so would have a larger share than is shown (they note this at the bottom)
Additionally, I'd suspect that the Thunderbird share would be lower for ACT! users than other demographics
It should be possible for an add-on dev to do it, but I'm not aware of any that has...
