I rely on ACT! to schedule my daily calls for any particular day . When I click on "Calendar", I look at my scheduled calls for the day. It has them arranged in "time" order, which means that I see my 8am call first. Then I see my 8:10am call next, then I see my 8:20 call after that (and so on).
I then right click inside my daily calendar to create a lookup of calls for that day. It then shows me all of my calls for that day in the "List View" screen. I then click my screen to the "Detail View" look, which gives me a "full view" of the calls I have scheduled for today. However, they are NOT in time sequence order. In "Detail View", I need to be able to see my call list in the order that I have scheduled them-in time order! This used to be done in ACT! 6.0, but is not now.
