Users who sign up to Swiftpage email marketing may be unhappy to discover that the send limit they pay for has to be allocated amongst their users.
So if you have two users, Mary and John, and an Account send limit of 1000 / day, you would assume that either Mary or John, or a combination of tthe two, could send up to 1000 emails per day.
However, you actually have to allocate that 1000 between the two; so Mary might have 600 and John 400. Whilst that can be changed in the on line Account management, that's inconvenient, and not what most users would be expecting intuitively.
I would expect that if the Account limit is 1000 per day, then that limit would apply to the Account, not users of that account. So if Mary wants to send 1000 one day and John 1000 the next, that works without having to manually reset the allocation each time.
