I would like to be able to set up a Smart Task that sets up an activity with a field in "regarding" for that activity. As of now, you can place a generic phrase such as "Place an order", instead of "Place an order for {quantity} {parts}".
In ACT Pro version 18 the "keyword search" has been moved slightly which may have caused the problem I'm having. I can put in a word to search just fine, but after the search I'm unable to click "create lookup" to view the accounts it found.
