Let's have Skype / VOIP integration built in and available straight out the box.
I can't remember when the "Dialer" functionality was introduced to ACT! It is potentially a really useful feature, especially as it also it triggers a history record. Unfortunately most people working in offices with business phone systems don't have access to a TAPI connection so can't take advantage of the feature.
Skype is not a fully fledged "enterprise level" application but it is ideal for the smaller organization and is available to anyone at minimal cost.
