In ACT! 6.0 the user was able to create a lookup, then narrow or add to the lookup only using keyboard shorcuts (ALT-N for Narrow Lookup, ALT-A for Add to Lookup). It was very simple and fast. You can no longer do this for some reason.
A shortcut for finishing a note would be very helpful to. The 'Enter' key is used for carriage return, so something like CTRL-Enter should close the note box, the same as clicking the OK button.
I would also like to remove formatting from copied and pasted text. I often will copy information from another document and paste it into a note. I'm not always enamored of the formatting and would like to easily strip it out.
