Too often, a user may open Outlook when the Act! database is unavailable, and the resulting error disables the integration.
Is it possible when launching Act! for a check to be made of the current status of Outlook integration?
For example, this self-healing routine might reference a saved file with the user's Outlook integration prefs, then reinstate them if the Outlook addressbook <> Act! database link has been cleared.
