I agree with all the respondants who are asking that secondary contacts should be treated in the same way as Primary contacts.
1. I want to be able to search for secondary contacts.
2. I want to be able to export secondary contacts as a .csv file. Why should I pay nearly £300 to CRMaddon for the itExport software, which can export secondary contacts. If they can do it, why can't it be a standard feature of ACT?
3. Yes, I do want emails sent to secondary contacts to be inserted in the History log automatically. Similarly, when I receive a reply I should like that email to be automatically linked to the History log. If I have to do it manually, at least make the secondary contacts appear in the Attach to ACT contacts list.
4. I do not want to create multiple records for the same company name and address.
Having said that Act 2011 has greatly improved the integration with Outlook, which works better that 2010 and 2006.
