For users who schedule many calls in an hour the 30 minute time slots on the start-time dropdown can be a problem.
Whilst you can select to view 5 min intervals in Calendar view and schedule from there, you than have to select the Contact AND you lose any details you would have if you were scheduling a follow-up activity.
The solution would be to show (or have the option to show) 5 min intervals in the Start-time dropdown so you can schedule calls from the contact record and still see from the dropdown where you have a free time-slot.
