If you are one like me who lives in ACT all day, and am constantly looking for ways to improve my workflow - which is selfish and I may not be seeing the big picture. In summary:
When clearing an activity, ...
1. Be able to dial the contact's number from the dialogue window
2. While talking to the customer and taking notes in the details window, be able to move around in ACT such as to look up information about an opportunity or history. Right now when the clear activities window is up, we are locked out of using other portions of ACT.
