I am trying to get a user access in my building who uses the same CRM info I have in ACT but he only is allowed to see certain records based off of a field I defined. I thought about using a group and him only having access to that group but I dont know how to do this. I do not want to create a new database for this one user becasue he will need to see all realtime updates made from all the other users. The other users have 100% access to all the records in a call center we have here at my company. Since this other user is an outside user and is not allowed to view all records how can I do this with ACT premium v17 ??
