Since my Outlook is connected to an Exchange server and also gets feeds from CRM Dynamics from Microsoft. Exchange is also responsible for synching with my cell phone.
From time to time I like to clear out my Outlook and re-synchronize from ACT - that is the holy grail for my contacts.
It is my understanding that ACT keeps some kind of log or history that would show a contact has already been synch'd to Outlook.
I would like to request the option to reset the synchronizaton for Outlook.
