Tools | Preferences | Admin Tab: Allow history creatin for e-mails send from a user of this database to another user.
I would like this Prefercence setting to be de-selected by default (i.e. that on e-mails be recorded in history to users of the ACT database).
Clients use ACT and Outlook. If a manager sends information to his/her boss about a pending employee termination, this is recorded on user records. While esteemed CCs can de-select this when deploying, if the preferences get corrupt and have to be reset, you are in a delicate situation until everyone syncs and the e-mails removed.
Sorta like in the old days when ACT was checking for updates, applying those updates and rendering everything useless!
