I remember getting the Product Update in version ... well in a very low number.
One would then click on the notification and complete the update.
However, that notification has now lost it's meaning, as there is no new update to download.
In notifying ACT Tech Support the only advice I received was, "please ignore the message. " then instructions are given to turn off notifications.
I should be able to rely on notifications from ACT, now I just have to take the time to go to the ACT Download Center just to make sure there isn't a pending download.
This is now an open letter to ACT. NEVER, I mean NEVER, tell a user to just ignore a notification message! Will that become a standard for Tech Support?
I bet SOHO, SalesForce, and Dynamics don't tell their users to ignore an action notification.
