I think it would make the graphical pull-down too messy ... but you can type it in

Mike, yes I know  you can type it in but seeing the open ime slots can be easier to click on,... as opposed to having an automatice next best time for a call, after your start time is available

I just "upgraded" from ACT 2000. It was becoming unstable, so it was necessary. Unfortunately it is much better than 2012 version. It would be great to be able to not have the sage product marketing included in the product I bought, and functionality like expanding the detail in history so I don't have to utilize the reading pane (and therefore can read all the history at once instead of selecting each one). And, being able to schedule on the increment I would like to (like the previous version).


For the person who said it was messy - it's not messy at all (looking at the previous versions) - and I should be able to customize this to how I use it, should I not?
