How about just answering the phone?
Ha! Yeah, we paid for phone support for a couple years, when we realized it didn't do any good because we could never get them to answer the phone, we stopped paying for that!
Or my favorite is the support hours...if I was able to do the type of work that requires support during business hours, I would not need a support rep, I would just Experts-Exchange it and wait for GL to get back to me! I need someone at 2 am on Sunday because we're launching at 6 and I'm still having issues, and I need them to answer on the first ring and not put me on hold...that would be support!
Think GL is still your best hope ;-)
