Recently, I finally made the upgrade from ACT!v6 to ACT! 2011 Pro. Regrettably, I am finding many useful and much relied upon features/functions on ACT! v6 missing in ACT! 2011, one of which is:
There is no ability to phone (dial) Secondary Contacts - they do not appear in the Dialer list.
The philosophy is that Contacts that you want to contact should be promoted to primary and, if needed, linked via the Company records
You could also have them like ACT! 6.0 and make fields for them (and their phone) in the Contact table.
