We now have a very good opportunity area which can hold Notes, Activity, and History. Can someone explain what use this is without the ability to run an opportunity report that contains this information? Please add this functionality to reports.
There needs to be a closer integration between the Opportunities Notes/History/Activities and that of the contact record. In particular the ability to have email traffic associated with the opportunity placed into the Opportunity Fields rather than the Contact Record so that all relevant correspondence and notes appears in the one place. It may require another field in the Contact Record Columns to show a link to the Opportunity Repository and a one line entry to maintain the Chronological recording - but it would help overall management of the Opportunities.
