Calendar scheduling messed up big time. Frustrating and time wasting,
I can not type a date in the Start Date field without it reverting back the current date when I tab through the fields. When I tab to the Duration field the date reverts back to current date. The only way I can schedule into the futre is to use the drop down calendar and click ahead to the month and then select the date. Then the Start Date field accepts the date.
Very stupid and a waste of time. Been using Act since DOS never seen a bug like this go unresolved for this length of time.
I reported this when program was installed on support call many months ago.
Act monitors please listen and act.
I totally agree. This wasn't broken before the last upgrade. Now it is a significant annoyance!! Also, when clearing and activity and creating new one, like a follow up call after a meeting, you cannot zero out the duration, it's frozen and requires setting up a totally new activity.
