123 Synchronizer will do this at either the client or server level. This request seems reasonable and simple enough, but there are many Exchange permission issues to contend with. Given the Outlook-Act synchronization to local PST files has not been perfected (by any stretch), I'd be concerned to see development extend to Exchange at this point.

I see a few issues with this:

1. This would be a major effort and I suspect not enough of ACT!'s user base would need it ... more of the ACC users maybe, but not for the majority of retail users.

2. As Ken pointed out, the vast array of Exchange configs would not make this a task a user could do without support

3. Also as per Ken, if you consider the state of the current ACT!/Outlook sync (especially with the poor handling in international phone numbers), would you think any Exchange Admin would want to trust it?

Bottom line ... I'd rather they leave areas like this to products like 123Sync (where the user can be prepared for the effort and costs for install assistance) and focus resources on the core functions.
