Many people sync their Act! and Outlook Calendars.
We actively discourage people from syncing Contacts between Act! and Outlook.
We can therefore save a click by showing the Calendar Tab first rather than the Contacts tab when viewing Outlook Sync History from Act! Integration Service.
Every little helps.
Agree! There are too many instances where the Outlook Address Book has duplicates, misspelt and truncated details that can corrupt the ACT! database.
The other issue is the transfer and changing of Alerts, Reminders and Alarms beteen the two products - exacerbated where Google is synching through a SmartPhone to Outlook before integrating with ACT!
