Sync with Act 2011 does not work correctly. If after you sync you change something in Outlook like adding another phone number if does not come over to Act and if you have notes in Outlook after you sync with Act it wipes the out in many cases (maybe all ..).  I spent 3 hours last week on the phone with Act tech support they could not explain what was wrong.  It does not seem to matter if it is set to keep the Act or Outlook date when a contact in both was updated.   I hope someone as Sage can get this resolved asap.
