The main application I have on ACT is the "write template" application for my merge using Word. For the longest time when I invoke the command I get a blank screen. There is nothing in the ACT notes that helps fix the issue and ACT support does not seem to understand the issue either other than uninstalling ACT and then reinstalling which if you have done this before you know it is not an easy task. It would be useful to include this as a major notation in your "knowledge base." ActiveX controls etc. are beyond my tasks, I'm not a programmer. Swiftpage's only solution is to charge me to fix their software problem which should be done via an update for FREE since this is a common problem. Using the ACT word processor is a non starter since I have over 100 templates in the Word format already. ACT blames Microsoft and Microsoft does not even know who ACT is - they are off shore of course. Any help would be appreciated. joe@corevp.com Thanks Joe
