When installing a new machine in a site with a number of ACT! users, sometimes you don't have the option to upgrade all systems at the time.
So, in order to prevent issues, you might need to install a specific build ... but the install often slip steams an update
Currently, the only option is to disconnect from the internet (not possible if doing it remotely) or add the Sage servers to the hosts file (difficult as it requires a reboot to and the file is often locked)
Would be helpful to have an option (via custom or a command line switch) to disable this feature
