I don't think it's likely they'll do the work for Word/Excel now that ACT! 2011 has been released.

Hello feejo,

Please let me know where in the Knowledgebase you saw this, so I can ensure there is no misinformation. Currently, there is no new information on whether ACT! 2010 will fully support Office 2010.

 Whenever possible, we encourage all users to wait until a compatible ACT! release with Office 2010 is fully supported.

I see your point, but at the time that was written we were referring to ACT! 2011. I'll review the article and edit as needed to avoid any further confusion.
