I would love the ability to notify other users that a note or history was added to a record and also add the ability comment on notes and histories. This would add awesome collaboration capabilities for companies and teams.
For example, a note regarding a service issue or sales process is added to a record. When adding the note, you could "notify" another user (a sales manager for example). The manager could then comment on the note, asking questions or providing a response.

if there where RSS feeds for activities/histories/contact creates/opportuntity creates etc then using ifttt recipies you could achieve this.
